Based on an authentic vintage image [paid license] which has no part of the reference image in this artwork, Dance The Hours Away is a very alive and Modern artwork with the outcome very much of my own imagination as to how to represent movement and color and yet retain a small amount of vintage tonality of the three dancers.

I first tried creating this work with only 2 dancers, and 4 was too many hence 3 seemed to pull together, and although this is a very expressionistic artwork, you can still see these 3 women are dancing joyfully and the brushstrokes symbolize the movement and passion of the dance.
